All items in stock will be despatched within 48 hours and we will provide email confirmation that your order has been placed. All orders despatched are checked before leaving our premises. You should allow up to 3 working days for all UK orders. Any damages to products must be reported to Million Training within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Photographic evidence of any damaged goods will be requested where necessary to enable us to make a claim from our carrier. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to deliver our products on any particular date.
We hope you that will be really pleased with your purchase from Million Training. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, we run a no fall out returns policy on unused goods. Please call Million Training to advise that the product will be returned to us. The product(s) needs to be in perfect condition and in its undamaged, original packaging. We are really sorry, we cannot refund or exchange anything that has been used. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. It is vital therefore to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to Million Training.
We will not dispatch any order until payment has been received in full. We do not offer accounts.
